About the Property

Frio Cañon is located along the Frio River in the valley between Kerrville and Uvalde, Texas. The crystal clear and cold Frio River flows continuously and is fed by the underground springs of the adjacent Edwards and Glen Rose limestone formations. During the devastating Texas drought of 2010, the Frio River that runs through the property had no discernible change in water level due to these springs. The property is surrounded by high mesas, lush, rolling hills, dramatic canyons and awe-inspiring limestone cliffs.
